Adding 1 additional user. Can you provide me the pricing for this?

I saw that JotForm enterprise only includes 5+ people to be able to be added as additional users. However, I only need 1 additional user. Can you provide me the pricing for this?

Or, you can consider sharing your Form Collaboration Link as well as Table Collaboration Link. While it is not adding additional users, other users can edit and view the submissions of your form.
