Is it possible as part of a workflow to have the filling out of different parts of a single form happen with different approvers?

For instance, I may want to have person A fill out the first section, but want person B to be notified that a new form was submitted and that they need to fill out section 2. Then to have the completed form sent to certain people.

It is possible to achieve this requirement.
