How can I have the form evaluated

Hello

The form was great, I have about 200 responses.

Now I want different judges to rank some of the questions in the form from 1 to 10. (42 questions)

I will have 5 judges and they cannot see scores of each other.

How can I have the judges see the from (question and answer) and rank the applicant's answer. In a web format would be ideal and not PDF.

I will tabulate the answers (avg weigth) and the top applicants by score will be selected for an interview to participate in our program.

You've already received the submissions. Kindly clarify how exactly do you want to allow the Judges to rank the answers? Normally the complete workflow of the form is created before submissions are received.
