I want to assign value to yes and no

I want to assign values to yes and no in my jotform table. how I can do that form is

see the screenshot when I try to select red colored fields for giving value, I can not select what is the reason? let me know as soon as possible.

I am not sure if I have understood your question correctly. Do you mean to say that you want to conditionally insert a value in the single choice field of the input table?

Please note that you can only insert value conditionally in the textbox field of input table. If you want to assign values for the other field, you can set it from the field properties. Please check the screenshot below on how to set the calculation values in input table:
