Hello,
Can you help me please, I created a form and tested it but when I received the email the signature did not appear. How do I see the signature on the form?
Thanks,
Janice

I have checked the email notification set up on the form you linked and the data table appears to have been removed.
You can add the fields on your form to the email content from the Form Fields drop-down menu.
Or, you can also remove the existing email notification
Setting-Up-Email-Notifications
and just set up a new one. The new email notification will have all the fields your form currently has, including the signature field.

Please give it a try and let us know if you need any further assistance.

I think you misunderstood my question, I tested this form by sending it to my colleague.
He answered the form and then signed it, he then submitted it to me, I got the notification but his signature is not visible to me. When I clicked "show image" I got a webpage 404 error message.
how can I make the signature of the person who signed the form become visible to me?
