These two above sites are not forwarding email for the past two days.Â I can down load into an excel file, but the user works and tracks from his email account Joe@protorque.comÂ we are having no other known problems with our email.
Any help you can provide would be appreciated.

I checked our mail servers' log files for information about emails sent to Joe@protorque.com. The log files say that the messages were sent successfully until June 29, which is, upon looking at the submissions page of your account, the date when the last submission was made.
These messages confirm that the emails were indeed sent and that the notification setup is working fine. Can you please advise Joe to check his spam/bulk/junk mail folder for the missing emails? It might be possible that the messages were flagged as spam or bulk.
