I use a mobile responsive theme for my website and the form looks great on a webpage but on a mobile device part of the form gets cut-off and the client is unable to fill the form out and/or submit it. Any suggestions?

I have injected a custom CSS codes to the form that would make it more responsive. On your WordPress post/page, please kindly remove the p tags from the form embed codes:
For the form height, kindly change it from the iFrame settings. Make it 1500px and adjust it until you'll see the submit button when viewed using mobile devices.
