I get an error message when clicking the file attachments

    Every single time I click on the attachment that a customer has sent I get this message/error page

    That's because of the Privacy settings on your account. You have to uncheck "Require log-in to view uploaded files" to download the files without logging in to your account. Otherwise, keep it checked and log in before clicking the link to download.
