Hello, I'm a membership based company, and Im looking to put all our current forms that we get our members to sign up with onto one template, and I was hoping that I could use the PDF versions and just convert it to the template, but I have noticed, the conversion is not the same as the original file?
Is there a way to make this happen, as the forms include from suppliers and Im needing to put logos etc, so I was hoping it would just automatically add from the original to the jotform?
Please help!
Kind Regards
Charlene

Hello Charlene,
>but I have noticed, the conversion is not the same as the original file?
If you are talking about the smart PDF feature and you find out that not all the fields are in the PDF, you can manually link them.
Please check this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/610-how-to-link-your-online-form-fields-with-pdf-through-smart-pdf-formsOtherwise, if you're talking about the PDF editor, you can create a new PDF and all fields will be automatically mapped.
Best regards.
