Why users need to log in to access form?

I have set up a form and tried sharing it with people. I am unable to send them the form without them needing to login into jot form. Can you please assist me in how to share the link without people needing a jot form account.

 This is the form - on the computer it's fine, but when I click on the link on my phone, it asks me to log in like the image shown here. So I am afraid for people who are using their phones will encounter this.

Since you have assigned the form to the user so it will ask the user to log in to the account.

You may share the direct link of the form instead of assigning the form with the user to avoid logging into the account.
