My form has exceeded its quota. Can I restart it?

    Hello,

    Your form was disabled because you have exceeded your monthly quota limit. The counter will reset every 1st of the month. I can also see tha you have used the SSL instead of NON SSL take note that form Free users there are only 10 SSL submissions allowed to avoid your form using the SSL make sure to replace https://secure to http://form.

    By the way you can create a FREE account using this link http://www.jotform.com/signup as I can see that you are still using your guest account.
