Multiple Choice, Yes/No Issues

Hello,

I'm creating a fillable PDF questionnaire for my clients. Many of my sections have multiple options to check off because my business is very particular, we need to know any and all preferences. ALL of my Multiple Choice and some Yes/No questions are not letting me check off the necessary boxes. I cannot send these to my clients if not all boxes can be checked off. Please advise.

Are you still having this problem? When I go to your form I am able to check off as many things as I want.

What happens when you try to select multiple options? If it is still happening, could you try a different browser and see if it's still happening there?
