Explain form differences

Hello!

Our forms specialist, who is no longer with us, designed and saved all of our forms. He never finished our Wellness/VaccineVisit Check-In form but we have been using it. Depending on who is saving it, sometimes a blank version is what gets saved.

Could you please tell me how this form may be different from all of the others? What is the problem with it and how can we fix it, please?

Hello Holly - I can see that the Continue Forms Later feature is disabled on the form, so when you say "blank version is what gets saved", are you referring to blank form submissions?

If so, I tried checking the submissions on this form but can't find any blank ones. All submissions have data in them: https://www.jotform.com/tables/210733521125039

Can you share a screenshot please so we can check? Or if you can share with us the submission ID of that blank submission, let us know and we will troubleshoot the issue from there. Here's a guide on where-to-find-the-submission-id.
