Question about account needing to be upgraded

Is it necessary that I need to upgrade my account? I've received an email saying I've reached my upload limit. I deleted the forms that I had saved on there and it's still saying that I need to upgrade. I've also deleted them from the trash and it's still saying that I need to upgrade. I'm a hairstylist and like to use this for client request forms.

I have recalculated the data and the space was restored back to around 10MB. No need to upgrade your account for now.
