    Hello again, here in Greece government open application for vaccination COVID-19 checking if citizens are vaccinated, so I want to put the ability through your form open this application and scan QR code. The application is https://apps.apple.com/gr/app/covid-free-gr/id1573538675?l=el. Thank you

    You can definitely implement QR codes on the form, please go to PUBLISH > QUICKSHARE > SHARE OPTIONS:

    You can also add a QR code in the form: https://www.jotform.com/widgets/qr-code.

    As well as a QR code reader: https://www.jotform.com/widgets/qr-code-reader.

    what I want to achieve is through your forms, to open a google application example, and when the client opens the forms inside the forms, the google application runs (I want my client to open the forms and "think" that he opened the application) app is  https://apps.apple.com/gr/app/covid-free-gr/id1573538675?l=el

    You have two options depending on how that APP operates, you can either copy the QR code embed link, or upload the QR code image on the APP:
