Capturing Data if form is abandoned.

Hi,

I'm looking into a new system to be used for my client. She is a coach and has an online form that potential clients fill out if they are interested in coaching services. If someone begins filling out a form and then leaves the form and never completes it, is there a way to still capture the data that was inputted to follow up with that person?

Hello Allison - Please note that submissions are captured only when the submit button of the form is clicked. Though you can configure your form to save the input data of the form so that users can come back and submit it at a later date but until and unless the form is submitted, you will not be able to see the submission data.

Other than that, there is no way we can capture incomplete data from an abandoned form.
