Sending out a small number of forms per month.

I’m a single practice healthcare worker and my caseload is very small. I
won’t be sending out many forms per month. I’m currently receiving Jotform
for free until October due to being in healthcare. I’m not sure if the
Jotform rate is worth it if you’re only sending out a small number of forms
per month.

You can stick to our Free Plan if you're just receiving few submissions per month. Here's the Free plan usage and limits:

• 100 Monthly Submissions
• 10 Monthly Payments Submissions 
• 100 MB Available Space
• 5 Forms
• 1,000 Monthly Form Views
• 500 Total Submission Storage
• Unlimited Reports and Fields

The limits get refreshed on the first day of every month.
