    My form isn't working in IE, but works in Firefox

    Asked by sabrina on June 30, 2011 at 01:25 PM

    When I enter the required information and submit via IE, my Windows Live pop-up appears with the proper address, but the email doesn't reflect the info inputted. In Firefox, the info inputted does appear in the email. How can I get this to work in IE?

    Here's the form:

     <div id="respond">
               <form action="mailto:info@916investmentproperty.com" method="post">
                   <input type="text" name="name" id="name" value="" size="22" />
                   <label for="name"><small>Name (required)</small></label>
                   <input type="text" name="email" id="email" value="" size="22" />
                   <label for="email"><small>E-Mail (required)</small></label>
                   <input type="integer" name="phone" id="phone" value="" size="22" />
                   <label for="phone"><small>Phone Number (required)</small></label>
                   <input type="integer" name="offer" id="offer" value="" size="22" />
                   <label for="offer"><small>Offer (required)</small></label>
                   <textarea name="comment" id="comment" cols="100%" rows="10"></textarea>
                   <label for="comment" style="display:none;"><small>Comment (required)</small></label>
                   <input name="submit" type="submit" id="submit" value="Submit Form" />
                   <input name="reset" type="reset" id="reset" tabindex="5" value="Reset Form" />

    I believe that your form is not created with Jotform, much less related to the service that we provide. As such, we cannot offer any kind of help at all with regards to your problems. Your form uses a different method in posting the information filled out from the one that our Form Builder is using.

    I suggest that you search the web for information related to your situation. Good luck!
