I continue to have problems with my forms as described in the forum under the question:

Here is a thread of the same problem:
Clearing the cahce didn't seem to reset functionality of your website, nor did changing computers or browsers. A restart of the computer seemed to reset it.

That's what happens when the CSS/JS files are not loaded on the browser. It could be a problem with our CDN, or it could be a browser caching. Hard to say what happened.
One possible solution might be to switch browsers. ie: If you are using Chrome, use Firefox.
