Why am I not seeing phone number in submissions when it is a required field on my form?

    Hi Jotform,

    I depend on being able to communicate with our customers via text, however, I am having a hard time finding their phone numbers on the sign up forms. I checked to make sure that the forms include this as a required field (with a red asterisk) and it appears as though they do.

    Am I missing something?

    I have linked to one of the forms in question. I have also attached a screenshot of a submitted form from the linked form where no phone number is evident.

    Please re-save or disable the conditions.
