How do I create a flow of forms?

Is there a way to create a forms checklist for enrollees? Also, the first pdf necessary for admissions will not convert from a pdf to a jotform. Thanks! Great job by the way, love your software!

I just check your form https://www.jotform.com/211975999582074 and noticed that you've created a checklist on your form as per your PDF (screenshot attached for your reference) but it requires manual mapping.

You can drag the mapped points on the PDF and place those on the correct spots. You can also delete incorrect points and if required, re-create them.

Can you please pass us your form URL so that we can check?

BTW, sometimes, our app may not be able to identify form fields on the PDF document. In that case, you can manually create those fields and map them to the PDF.

It will not generate the entire pdf with all pages, only one and on some pdfs, even with the correct reader it does not generate at all. It just says "Please wait" Lastly, we are a nonprofit, who do I ggive my tax exempt non profit form to for our 50% off discount?https://lambofgodpreschool.net/home/programs/enrollment/ I cannot attach the document here and I do not have a link for it but it is the gren button enrollment packeet and its the Application Information pdf, it is 6 pdfs, I had to take a photo, put it on a flyer, now it looks ugly and then download it as a pdf and re upload it to your site because it would not accept the original pdfs, is it because they are too large of files? I do not understand, its a pain in the butt

Sorry but I am a bit confused. Could you provide us more information with respect to what is not working on the form and we can have a review of the form?
