I added the red words on my Thank You page and the buttons disappeared.

I want to keep "Send PDF as Email" button on the Thank You page, but it is NOT available in my Thank You page buttons or fields. You can see all my settings below.

    Greetings.

To send PDF as an email attachment to your users, you will need to configure Autoresponder email. To learn more about this, please visit the following links:

Actually, I do not want to send the PDF as an auto-response. I want the customer to have the option to email it to their manager after they complete it. I would like to know how to keep the "email pdf" button on the Thank You page after I edit the text on that page in the settings.

Please disable and re-enable this setting on your form:

That should bring the buttons back.

As I showed in the attached images, I already have that box checked. However, if I edit the words on the Thank You screen, the "Email PDF" button disappears.

I would like to know how to keep the "email pdf" button on the Thank You page after I edit the text on that page in the settings.

I appreciate the quick replies because I hope to figure this out. Thank you.

I understand. After editing the Thank You page, please uncheck that option and re-check again - as if you're refreshing it. That should bring the buttons back.

I have tested it on my end and it worked.

Let me know how it goes.

As you suggested, I refreshed the settings (ON / uncheck boxes / OFF / ON / recheck boxes) and it worked! The buttons are back. Thank you for your help.
