    Hi, I’m unable to sign in to my account. The message I get says that the Email and Password do not match but I have tried changing password etc but

    I have checked your account and you're auto suspended by our phishing detector due to your form collecting sensitive information such as upload of ID's and Banking information which violates our terms of use.



    For the ID's,

     If your purpose is not to collect these data from the general public, but from your customers, then you need to comply with two things:

    1. Add the Terms & Conditions Widget (or the Short Scrollable Terms Widget) for your users to read and agree.

    2. Add a Signature Widget so your users can sign and agree to provide such sensitive information.

    3. Otherwise, you must enable form encryption on your form if you need to gather critical personal information

    For the Banking information, we would have to delete the guilty fields.

    Due to our PCI compliance, it is not possible to collect banking information in the form.

    Let us know if you wish to comply with our recommendations.

    Hi Richie,
    Thanks for the quick reply.
    I can see how this may have triggered the phishing detector. My intention was to gather information from my staff to update records and pay them.
    I would like to proceed with the form and comply with your recommendations. I now understand that bank details cannot be collected on Jotform and will find another method.
