move all forms to another paid account

    Hi there!!


    I just did an upgrade for a month and for some reason my forms are all on a different account associated with the same email contact@tinyneedsnetwork.org, is there a way to migrate the forms to my upgraded account? I don't want to have to recreate the 4 forms.

    Yes, we can move the forms from the other account to your account. Here's how:

    1.) Log in to the account where the forms are located

    2.) Create a new request ticket here: https://www.jotform.com/contact/

    3.) Mention in the request to move all forms to the destination account which is: Network_contact

    Another question. Our uploads from our form are getting a 404 error. This the "application" form. Did I do something wrong in adding this element?
