    Hi Team,

If I create a contract for my client to sign and submit payment for services requested. can that contract only be used one time? Can I modify it and then send it to another client. or will i have to create a new payment taking contract for each client that arises?

You may use the same contract form for any number of clients.

But be sure that you do not delete fields on the form as when you delete the fields, the linked data will also get deleted permanently.

ugh crap... so once I create the contract I can't really make modifications or I risk corrupting the form? If I clone the contract will it still be corrupt or can am I just gonna have to make a new contract everytime?

There are no issues editing or modifying your form. You can edit/modify the form any number of times - just try not to delete the fields (if the field contains submissions/responses linked to it).

If you do not require a field, just Hide it on the form - https://www.jotform.com/help/434-how-to-hide-form-fields.

Your form seems to be working fine and I was able to enter data in the fields.

You may try test submitting the form to check if there is any issue.

Do check that and let us know.
