    Hi,

I visited your website and tested your form and I was able to reproduce the issue, however it is only occuring in the embeded version of your form, the standalone version is working correctly.

So, it is most likely that a script conflict is happening between your form script and the one of your webpage and that is causing wrong functioning of the calendar. To resolve the issue kindly re-embed the form using the iframe code, here is how to get the iframe code: Getting the form iFrame code

That will protect your form from script conflict.

Please inform us if the issue still persists.

    Thanks

    Hi Graham,

The iFrame method should fix it. Kindly try to just this codes:

    <iframe id="JotFormIFrame" allowtransparency="true" src="//www.jotformeu.com/form/40225045925348" frameborder="0" style="width:100%; height:1179px; border:none;" scrolling="no"></iframe>

Let us know for the results.

    Thanks

    Hi,
I still don't seem to be able to make it work. I have opened using the html code in webste builder but when I put the Iframe in it just goes blank. Is there something I am not doing correctly?
    Thanks

I have tested the iframe code provided by Welvin on an HTML webpage located here

Kindly make sure that your website builder does allow iframe embedding. Also please provide the service you are using to build your website. So we can assist you further. Thank you
