Why is no one receiving my Jotform?

    Hello, I created a Jotform for new clients and not one of them received the email for the published form. I am getting lots of emails from Jotform to upgrade, but it would be nice to know it actually works before considering an upgrade.

    I do not see any submissions in your form. Have you tested your form after submitting it?

    Can we submit your form to see emails are getting triggered for your form?
