When does Coronavirus Responder Program end?

Hi,

I am a mental health provider and signed up for Jotform during the covid crisis for free. I have built several forms and do not want to lose my forms. When does the free version end, and once ended will I be notified so I can seamlessly upgrade to a silver account using this discount code?

The free version does not end. However, the Coronavirus Responder Program, which your account has been approved of, will end on October 1, 2021. I suggest you to upgrade your account before the 1st of October this year.
