Google Spreadsheet integration

    We have been unable to integrate properly with Google spreadsheets for a couple of months. The process appears to work, but on the "integration successful" screen, the link that appears is either " Error occured" or "".

    I have cleared your form cache here. Would you mind re-integrating your form to Google Spreadsheet this time? But first, please logout from your account, clear your browsers cache, relogin and re-integrate your form. Hope this fixed the problem.

    So far on my test on a cloned form, everything is working just fine.

    Unfortunately it still doesn't work after taking those steps. One possible
    explanation I can think of is that our organization uses google apps for
    education, which sometimes restricts usage of certain functionality.
    However, this integration definitely used to work when we began using
    Jotform last summer.

    You may be right, please ask Your Google apps adminsitrator to elevate the privileges of the account you are trying to send the spreadsheet to.

    Here's an interesting article:

    Alternatively, you could integrate with a free gmail account, and share it with the Google Apps account in question with full rights.
