How to arrange information in JotForm?

As the photo shows, the way of arranging the information in jotforms for a loop of questions is separating each loop by a number. The values on columns B and H should be in the same column, the same with C with I and D with J, etc. Is a loop of 6 questions.

I can't find the way to generate a new column with the mythdhr information of Column B and H to use filters and etc.

It would be very helpful if someone knows how to do it.
