For one form, I've 3 different pdf templates. How can I have all three pdf files for one submssion saved to google drives in different organised folders?

Hello,
You can integrate the form to Google Drive by following this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/192-how-to-integrate-a-form-with-google-drive
Please give it a try and let us know if you need further help. Thank you!

You don't understand my question. I know very well the integration you've pointed out, have been using it for nearly 10 years.
My question is I have several different PDF files attached to one jotform. Each of them serves different purposes and I need all of them to be downloaded and safe automatically to the organised google drive folder whenever any new submission arrived. Will that be possible? Since the instruction you've shown, just only integrate one pdf format to the google drive. I see no options to save several pdf files.

Unfortunately, it's not possible. Jotform current integration only sends one PDF and no option to send multiple PDF documents.
Only one PDF report can be passed to Google Drive through the integration, which is the first document that appears on the PDF Editor on the left side.

Thank you for your answer. However, it will be very helpful if Jotform contained those kind of ability. Hope the technical support consider this function soon.

Hello there,
Thanks for your feedback!
A feature request has already been forwarded to our developers on another threads:
I've also forwarded a new request. If and when the functionality will get implemented, you'll receive an update on this same thread.
Thanks!

My form is not appeared as aspected. I've created pdf file on the most left hand. However the integrated files submitted to google drive appeared to be the defaulted one which I didn' t create. The upper is what I've created. The lower is what appeared in google drive.

Thanks for your patience.
I've checked the cloned version of your form, however I could not replicate the issue: your created submission PDF was successfully passed to the Google Drive integration.
Could you please remove the existing Google Drive integration, add it again, and check?
I've cleared form caches from our end.
Thank you!
