need help with setting up forms to email to clients.

I am not sure if I have understood your question correctly. Do you want to send form in email to clients, or you want the submission emails to be sent to your clients?
Please note that if you want to send form in email to clients, the best option would be to grab form's direct URL and send it to clients from your own email client. The following guide should help you how to find your form's direct URL: https://www.jotform.com/help/401-where-to-find-my-form-url
If you want to send submission emails to your client, you need to edit your form's email alert and add the desired recipient email to which the submission email needs to be sent.
