Pass data from one form to another

Hello. After reviewing your help on https://www.jotform.com/help/351-how-to-automatically-pass-form-data-to-another-form, when I try to implement it I keep getting an incorrect result. In the simplified example in the urls below, both first name and last name from Form 1 (the originating form) appear in first name and last name in Form 2 (the form to which data is passed). So, first name in Form 2 contains both first name and last name from Form 1; same with last name on form 2. Here are the urls for the 2 forms:

    Form 1: https://form.jotform.com/211990608922056

    Form 2: https://form.jotform.com/211990684709063

Thanks for your help in trouble shooting this.

    David

    Hi,

    Apologize for the issue.
To better identify your issue, please share with us a screenshot of the incorrect result you are getting.
    Kindly follow this link: https://www.jotform.com/help/438-how-to-post-screenshots-to-our-support-forum

Meanwhile, I have cloned your Test Form 1 and Test Form 2.
Please note that on Test Form1 Settings>Emails>Autoresponder 1 a 'Missing Recipient Field' error is shown.
Kindly add an Email Field to your forms from the Form Elements:

Then click on the pencil icon on Autoresponder 1 to select 'Email' from Settings>Emails>Autoresponder 1>Recipients>Recipient Email and Save, as shown below:

We await your update to proceed with further checks.

    Thanks.

I modified Form 1 as you requested. I filled out and submitted the revised Form 1. I attached the Form 2 result screenshot. When I filled out Form 1, first name=deli, last name=sol. The problem did not change.

Please replace the URL in your condition with this URL https://form.jotform.com/211990684709063?name[first]={name:first}&name[last]={name:last}.

Sorry, I got distracted by some other issues and only just now was able to look at this. It solved the problem completely and I understand the error I made. Thanks for your help!
