Some parents are not able to use the signature on my Jotform? I cannot duplicate the issue but I have had about 25 parents with the problem.

I cloned and tested the form and I was able to complete it:
I will clear your form cache so let us know if the issue still persists.
Also, we would like to know if the form is embedded on a website. If so, can you share with us the link so we can check?

If the issue is still occurring, can you please delete the signature field and add it back into the form?
