[Email Notification] Why is my submission form coming in as the default and not the one I created?

    I recently updated a template form under "Cupcakes" for cake pops and when i receive confirmation that an order was placed, it comes in under the cupcake form. When I went in to look at My Forms and see the request, the form I saved is filled out correctly, why is that?

    Also, when I used the print button it printed on 2 seperate pages and did not print the information I was trying to retrieve. I really like how these forms are clean and easy to use but I want to make sure they work before I proceed on buying it for my company.

    We do not update modified email templates. It means that you might have outdated field {tags} in your template. In order to fix this, you can delete your Email Notification, and then add a fresh one. Your new Email Notification will have correct tags.
