    Why the jot form is still on my form, if I already paid to avoid this?

    Hello there,

    Thank you for reaching out to JotForm Support! While upgrading to a paid account will allow you to Customize your Form URL, the URL itself will still need to be hosted on a JotForm Domain. The only way to house your form on your own custom domain, with all JotForm branding removed, would be to upgrade to an Enterprise Plan.
