Good afternoon, I have made a test (in Dutch) where people need to select different options for their health habits. However, upon completing the test, a pdf file is send where the answers for all options are displayed and that is not necessary. If someone selects ´yes´ for a question, he or she does not need to receive the outcome for ´no´ or ´perhaps´. How can I change this in the pdf result file? Please, see the attached screenshot for a complete understanding.

    Hi,

It is not possible to hide fields in the PDF based on the user's answers.

The only option would be to create a different PDF for each answer and to send the PDFs based on the user's answers.
