Form "lagging"

My form is slow to update. When I click on fields it takes a second for it to register the click and some fields I have trouble updating because of the "lag" on it. The lag isn't present when utilizing the form, only when making updates in the builder (so not a huge issue). I presume it's because my form is so large or perhaps because I have so much conditional logic on it (or both). Is there any way for me to reduce this "lag"? I can't really shorten the form, but I can remove a lot of unused conditional logic if that's possibly what the issue is.

    Hello there,

You're correct. It's because of the size of your form. The number of elements (i.e., fields, widgets, conditions, email templates) has a direct impact on the form's speed. Try to keep it as small as possible.

You might want to consider splitting the form into several smaller forms. If you need to transfer data from one form to the next, we have a detailed guide on how to set that up here: How to Automatically Pass Form Data to Another Form

Hope that helps. Let us know if you have any questions or if you need further assistance.
