Hi,
When downloading a form, say into PDF, it removes half of the questions in our application form. Like the National Insurance Number, so we end up having to keep going back to check things that isn't able to be downloaded into their staff file.

Hi,
This is the form that we are downloading.
Recruitment Application Form (jotform.com)
Although it misses out things like their National Insurance Number. This issue still persists.

Could you please provide is the submission IDs of the submissions with the incomplete PDF so we can check?

Hi,
this is just one of the submission ID's, but all of them are missing the national insurance number when downloading PDF.

Could you please try adding a new PDF template and use that template to download the submissions?
