Issues Upgrading Account

    Yea,

    I want to hire the bronze plan to increase the limitations, but it is automatically suspending the account whenever I hire it.

    Could you ask for urgency?

    Can't have a contact phone number?

I just checked your account, and it appears that you are currently under a Silver level subscription, and there do not appear to be any suspensions in place. If you are still experiencing issues here, can you please provide us with a screenshot of the problem you are encountering to aid in our investigation?

    The problem is in the sperindetech@gmail.com account.


    It suspends automatically and we are not able to hire.


    because the account was suspended, neither support could open.
