Hello Phil - The account is active and in good standing so there should not be issues when you log in to it.
Now, since you mentioned you were able to login using Firefox, then maybe the issue is with your Chrome browser. Please try updating it to the latest version, disable some extensions if you have, then clear the caches. See if it makes any difference.
