Not emailing completed form after submission

    Hello,

    Two of our forms are not sending the completed jotform to the notification emails we designated in the form's settings. Prior to not sending the emails at all, the completed PDF was not attached in the notification email. Please advise, thank you!

    We are truly sorry for the inconvenience caused. We are aware of the problem. We are currently experiencing issues with PDF download that's affecting notifications with PDF attachments enabled causing them not to be sent.

    We have already alerted our developers about this. We will inform you here once this is fixed.

    The problem is now fixed. You should now receive emails with PDF attached as usual.
