502 Gateway Error

    This form is getting 502 Bad Gateway Errors. Everyone trying to fill it out today is getting this error. I have cleared the cache and it is still having issues. Please help ASAP, this is time sensitive!

    I just tested the form and was able to successfully load it. Most probably, it was a temporary slowdown.

    How can you guarantee this will not happen again? We were considering an upgrade to a paid plan, and now we will have to review competing products before making a decision. This issue is diminishing my team's confidence in your product.

    Hi, unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that Jotform will be 100% error free all the time.
