My form isn't sending Notification and Autoresponder Emails

    My form isn't sending out emails when I have "Send PDFs" enabled under the Advanced tab in email settings.

    Can you please advise? I want to be able to send invoices and the Covid waiver they sign to registrants.

    The auto-responder email is called Covid-19 Waiver.

    We are truly sorry for the inconvenience caused. We are aware of the problem. We are currently experiencing issues with PDF download that's affecting notifications with PDF attachments enabled causing them not to be sent.

    We have already alerted our developers about this. We will inform you here once this is fixed.

    The problem is now fixed. You should now receive emails with PDF attached as usual.
