When our clients are trying to edit forms it says page not available.

    Hoping this is a system error that you are working on?? Seems to be big issues since about 3pm. we cannot download PDFs, email notifications are not coming over and clients cannot use the hyperlink to edit forms

    We are sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused. There was a temporary issue with the PDFs and emails with PDF attachments and it should be fixed already by now. Please check again and let us know if you still notice any issue. We will be happy to take a look again.

    We also request you to provide us with more information on editing the form by your clients so that we can check and assist you further. It would be helpful if you can provide us with a link that your clients using to edit the form.

    Ah was hoping it was issue that was being worked on!

    Will do, it’s the link that comes over on the email but didn’t think to copy paste it…. Had clients screaming at me for 4 hours :)
