Unable to Sign Under Signature Section of Consent

    Hello,

    My clients have not been able to sign under the signature section of my consent.
    This was last working yesterday.

    We had a problem with the signature field, however, our Developers notified us that the problem has been resolved.

    Can you please test your form again and let us know if the problem remains?

    Hi,
    It works how but now my form isn’t allowing my clients to submit. My client tried submitting again today and the page kept saying please wait, refreshed, didn’t submit and lost her entire entry.

    Greetings.

    Looks like there is a problem with the payment field.

    Can you please try to disconnect your Square account from the field, clear the form cache, and connect the account again?

    If that doesn't work, please try to remove the field and add it again. This will remove all data regarding this field, so make sure you download your submissions.
