    i need to change my username & credit card info - how do I do each?

    Hello clay_wilson,

    For your username, please give us your preferred username.  Our developers will look into it and see if it's still available.  If it is, they will change it right away.  If not, you will be asked for another one.

    For your credit card information:

    You are paying your subscription through the payment gateway, Plimus.  Your Plimus username is a long string of numbers from the original email that you have received when you paid for JotForm.

    If you can't find your email that has the username/password, click on the link below and enter the email address that you used when you paid for your subscription.  https://secure.plimus.com/jsp/forgot_password.jsp??designId=1

    That will reset your password and you can then the details will be sent to your email.  Once you have logged in, you can change your billing details.

    Your username is now changed. Please make sure to logout of JotForm and delete all www.jotform.com cookies on your browser before re-logging in.

    I have also canceled your subscription. Simply re-upgrade your account with new credit card information when it downgrades at the end of this month.
