Cannot submit form - 502 Bad Gateway error

    same problem here.

    anyway nothing is working:


    • failed login if i try to login jotform on other browser
    • unable to DOWNLOAD pdf form submitted on pdf editor
    • unable to Download all (no mail with attached zip sent) on pdf editor
    • no email notifications.


    Sometimes JOT FORM page "server maintenance" appears.

    I think your servers are down.

    PLEASE, sort it out!

    First and foremost, our apologies for any inconveniences.

    Yes, there have been some temporary issues for a few regions with website accessibility.

    There were also PDF issues, for which a fix has been implemented earlier this morning.

    Update:

    some customers told me that sometime they got "gateway timeout" while uploading files and documents.

    Sometimes browser says: "untrusted connection".

    It's a bit annoying.
