PDF downloads are not happening

    I have been trying to download a PDF version of our jotforms and they are not downloading at all, either as a group of them or individually. I've tried it from multiple computers and browsers with the same issue. I need to get this resolved asap as clients are waiting for these.

    Hi Joel, thank you for reaching us.

    I was able to recreate the issue from my end. I have now escalated this ticket to our back-end team for further investigation. Due to the nature of the development cycle, we are unable to provide the exact ETA. However, we will notify you through this ticket as soon as there are updates.

    How long will this take as its been 8 hours since our first message and we have clients waiting for the foms desperately.
