I set up a form to be integrated with google sheets but the responses are not autopopulating in the sheet.

I've checked your form Catering + In Shop Feedback/Review Form and found that all the integration settings seem to be proper, also I've cloned your form and wasn't able to replicate the issue since my test submission was added to the google sheet integrated with the cloned version of your form.

As a double check I've cleared the cache of your forms, you can always perform this action from your side by following this guide.
